Q. Is there a minimum quantity required for gift card orders?
Yes, CSGC, Inc. requires a minimum opening order of $1,000 at face value. Thereafter, orders are as needed.

Q. What denominations are available?
To better serve your needs, CSGC, Inc. issued Gift Cards may be purchased in any denomination from $10 - $1,000.

Q. Upon placing my order, when will my cards be shipped and activated?
All orders will be processed and shipped via FREE ground shipping within 5-7 business days. Orders will be activated upon confirmation receipt within 24-48 hours.

Q. Will the value of the card I order appear on the card face?
No, standard CSGC, Inc. issued Gift Cards do not show the card denomination. However, card denominations can be part of a custom program. Contact us for additional information on custom programs.

Q. Are there expiration dates or fees associated with your cards?
CSGC, Inc. issued Gift Cards have NO expiration dates, dormancy fees or other associated fees.

Q. Can your cards be redeemed for cash?
CSGC, Inc. issued Gift Cards CANNOT be redeemed for cash. Gift Cards can be used to purchase merchandise only and cannot be used for previous purchases.

Q. Will you replace lost or stolen cards?
No, upon activation CSGC, Inc. issued Gift Cards are treated as cash. We are not responsible for lost or stolen cards, nor can they be replaced.

Q. Where can the gift cards be redeemed?
Each CSGC, Inc. issued Gift Card can be redeemed at any of our Lane Bryant®, Fashion Bug® or Catherines® coast-to-coast store locations. They may also be redeemed online at www.lanebryant.com, www.fashionbug.com and www.catherines.com.
