Minimum Opening Order: $5,000
Available in Denominations of $5 to $500

Discount Schedule

2% on Annual Purchases of $5,000 - $100,000
3% on Annual Purchases of $100,001 - $500,000
5% on Annual Purchases of over $500,001

Discounts apply to all purchases after a threshold has been achieved and are reviewed on an annual basis.

Terms

Payment in full prior to shipment is required on all orders. Payment may be made by company check, credit card, wire transfer, or ACH. Delivery 3-5 business days from time of order.
Ground freight prepaid to destination

NOTE: All sales are final. Once activated, CVS Gift Cards are to be treated like cash. After receipt confirmation, CVS/pharmacy will not be responsible for lost or stolen cards.
