Q. Is there a minimum order?
Yes – our minimum opening order is 20 certificates. This can be any combination of Gold or Silver Certificates. Thereafter, you can order as few as 10 assorted certificates.
Q. Are there discounts available for bulk purchases?
Yes – we offer several discount levels based on annual volume.
Q. What are the certificate values?
The Gold Certificate has a retail value of $90.00. The Silver Certificate has a retail value of $70.00.
Q. Can I order mixed denominations on my order?
Yes – your order can include any number of either certificates.
Q. How do I pay for my orders?
Initial orders require a check with the order. Thereafter, we offer NET 15 day terms to credit worthy accounts with a signed contract.
Q. How and when are the cards shipped?
Orders are shipped via ground transportation within 2-5 business days.
Q. Is there an expiration date?
NO – Golf America Certificates are good until used.
Q. Are there any fees if not used?
NO – Golf America Certificates have no dormancy fees or other fees.
Q. Can the cards be redeemed for cash?
NO – Golf America Certificates can be redeemed for golf rounds only.
Q. Can you ship to each individual recipient?
NO – Golf America Certificates are shipped in minimum quantities of 10 or more bulk to one or more corporate location.
Q. Where can the cards be redeemed?
Golf America Certificates are good for one round of golf at any one of over 3,500 mid-range golf cources in the United States and Canada. Course selections can be viewed at our website www.golfassistant.net.
Q. Are lost cards replaced?
NO – Once activated Golf America Certificates are treated as cash. We are not responsible for lost or stolen cards.
