Q. Is there a minimum order?
Yes. Our minimum opening order is $1,000, and a minimum of 100 PIN codes. Thereafter, you can order as needed.

Q. Are there discounts available for bulk purchases?
Yes. We offer several discount levels based on annual volume.

Q. What denominations can I get?
Your choice of denominations is from $1 - $100. Or you can order by downloads: 1- 250.

Q. Can I order mixed denominations on my order?
Yes. Your order can include any number of cards in any denomination you choose.

Q. How do I pay for my orders?
For standard cards/PIN codes, 100% due upon delivery. For custom cards, 50% is due with order, 50% is due upon delivery. Payments can be made by check or wire transfer. 

Q. How and when are the cards shipped?
Generic cards are shipped via ground transportation within 5 business days. Custom cards require 3-4 weeks to create.

Q. Does the value of the card appear on the face?
Either a dollar value or the number of downloads appear on each card.

Q. Is there an expiration date?
Cards are available with or without an expiration date.

Q. Are there any fees if not used?
No. JUST TUNES Gift Cards/PIN codes have no dormancy fees or other fees.

Q. Can the cards be redeemed for cash?
No. JUST TUNES Gift Cards can be redeemed for music downloads only.

Q. Can you ship to each individual recipient?
Normal shipments are to a single location. Additional locations will incur extra costs.

Q. Can I have my corporate logo on the gift cards?
Yes. JUST TUNES Gift Cards can be customized to your needs.

Q. Where can the cards be redeemed?
On-line at the JUST TUNES Music store, or at a branded music store we can create for you.

Q. Are lost cards replaced?
No. Once activated JUST TUNES Gift Cards are treated as cash. We are not responsible for lost or stolen cards.
