Methodology
The survey was conducted online in August 2005. The email invitations were sent to a total of 10,000 randomly selected professionals from VNU's Training and HR database, and includes HR, Training and Middle Management professionals. There were a total of 173 respondents who use formal non-sales/employee recognition rewards.
