Papa John's Earning Brand Loyalty

Papa John’s is constantly asking their customers “how can we do better?” and their focus on constantly pursuing customer engagement is paying off. After last month’s wildly successful release of Papa John’s Garlic Knots, the company just announced that it would begin offering a sweet spin on a new fan favorite this summer. In the weeks after the launch of the Garlic Knots, customers took to social media and voiced their support of the campaign. To celebrate and reward customers, Papa John’s announced that they will offer Cinnamon Knots, fresh-baked dough topped with cinnamon and sugar drizzle. In a recent article from Loyalty360, CMO, Bob Kraut said, “At Papa John’s, our job is to surprise and delight our customers,” He went on to explain, “The strong response we received from our Garlic Knots snapped us into action and in just a few weeks’ time, we are able to offer Cinnamon Knots.
