Prepaid cards are not redeemable for cash and cannot be returned for a refund, exchange or used to purchase gift certificates to provide allowance and are not for resale (except where required by law). The full value of the card is deducted at PIN redemption. PWE is not responsible for lost or stolen prepaid cards. The card is void where prohibited or restricted by law.
