According to an article from RetailToday, Whole Foods Market locations across the country ran special promotions last week to support their Whole Body departments. Special combination bags were available for purchase at more than 50% off to consumers, allowing them to try all kinds of new Whole Body products from deodorant to drink tabs and Whole Food shakes.

The Whole Body push signifies a shift for Whole Foods Market from the standard grocery list to a lifestyle focus on healthy living. Consumers have the opportunity to shop at Whole Foods in a completely different way, providing products for health and beauty as well as active lifestyle products like sunscreen, aloe and hydration products. Shoppers can stop at Whole Foods when gearing up for that hike, or make it a frequent stop after a good workout when they may need products to recover.

The expansion of Whole Body broadens the scope of the Whole Foods Market brand. As Whole Foods Market makes this smooth transition, it also widens their appeal as a desirable healthy gift card reward option.
